This issue is the second part of my exploration of music videos that establish some sort of dialogue with the album art of the record from which that specific song came. Sometimes is very literal, but sometimes it can be a bit more subjective too. Here are some examples:

And for her tenth studio album Fossora (2022), she pushed her boundaries even further with an album difficult to digest at first, but extremely rewarding once you get into it.

English rock band Modern Error debuted a couple of years ago with the powerful Victim Of A Modern Age (2022), a delicious blend of modern rock with touches of 2000s emo, alternative rock, and even some industrial, that makes it a truly powerful journey when experienced back to back.

from their fourth studio album Remember That You Will Die
Another release from 2022, Polyphia returned bringing so many different genres into their music that it’s honestly not even fair to put them into the “metal” box. Jazz, Latin, fusion, R&B, trap, and pop, are just a few of the flavors you’ll hear in Remember That You Will Die, one of my favorite albums from that year.

With only two albums under his name (so far), Tim Bernardes continues to consolidate himself as one of the greatest songwriters of his generation, writing not only for himself and his band O Terno but also for great and important names of Brazilian music. Mistificar is a great taste of the album and his music style.
